Kingdom Path Homecare provides non-medical support for seniors and adults throughout Cincinnati and nearby communities in Butler, Clermont, Hamilton, and Warren counties. We begin by listening, then create a personalized care plan that may include bathing assistance, meal support, medication reminders, mobility assistance, errands, companionship, and other everyday needs.

Services and schedules can be combined and adjusted as needs change. We do not provide nursing or medication administration.

Personal Care

Respectful assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting—provided with dignity and according to your loved one’s preferences.

Personal care supports comfort, confidence, and independence at home. Our caregivers provide patient, discreet assistance while respecting each client’s privacy, choices, and preferred pace. When appropriate and authorized, we also communicate important changes in the client’s needs to the family.

Based on the client’s care plan, our caregivers can provide standby or hands-on assistance with walking, bed-to-chair transfers, and comfortable repositioning. They also remain attentive to potential concerns such as cluttered pathways, poor lighting, or unsafe footwear and communicate important observations to authorized family members.

We consider each client’s personality, interests, and preferred pace so time together feels comfortable and natural.

Daily Support

Help with shopping, errands, appointments, and medication reminders—never medication administration.

Everyday responsibilities can become difficult when mobility, energy, or memory changes. When included in the care plan, our caregivers can assist with grocery shopping, authorized pickups, light errands, and transportation or accompaniment to appointments. They may also provide medication reminders according to the established schedule. Caregivers do not administer medications or make decisions about medication dosage or timing.
