We use this information to respond to enquiries, schedule free home assessments, follow up on referrals, review job applications, and communicate about services. We do not sell your contact information.

Forms and uploads

Contact, referral, and careers forms are sent to our inbox so we can respond. Uploads, when offered, are limited to jpg, png, pdf, doc, and docx files (maximum 5 MB each, up to 3 files). Please do not upload medically or personally sensitive information. Discuss sensitive details with us by phone using the number in the footer.

Retention

We keep enquiry, referral, and application information as long as needed to respond, provide services, and meet legal or operational requirements. We then delete or archive it according to our records practices.

Third-party providers

We may share information with service providers who help us operate this website, hosting, and email delivery, and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law. Sensitive health details should be discussed by phone or through channels we designate—not uploaded to public forms.
